application. CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) is a Government run scheme.

The CHAS scheme was developed to avoid each individual contract having to assess individual supplier’s health and safety competence.
IWANTCHAS will put you in touch with a CHAS accreditation expert, based locally to you, an expert who will be there to walk you through the process and to take away the uncertainty of the application procedure. All our experts have been chosen because they have been working in the CHAS accreditation area for a number of years and have the experience to undertake and successfully complete the accreditation process.
Our experience is that “four out of five small and medium sized contractors will fail their first assessment; this is an indication of general poor compliance in SME’s”.
