A specialist contractor working on the Main Press Centre used vibrating hand-tools extensively. Careful tool selection and purchasing policy helped to minimise vibration exposure and those using the tools were told about the length of time a tool could be used. However, the contractor wanted to provide more accurate and reliable monitoring of exposure time.
