We offer a “Pre-submission Form and Documentation Check”. It is a simple process and we offer 2 options to suit your needs:

Option 1:ONLINE VERSION

You email everything to us (scanned documents, forms, etc).We check your documents against the submission criteria. We then send back your documents with a report on what you have to do next.

 Option 2:POSTAL VERSION

You send all the documents via post and we check your documents against the submission criteria. We then send them back to you.We send back your documents with a printed report on what you have to do next.

In each case we will tell you what is required, in our opinion.

We have completed many CHAS applications on behalf of clients. We are fully up-to-date with health and safety changes and industry specific issues.

  2. This is a 1 time service. We won’t double-check your work a second time unless you pay for the service again.
  3. We will give you 10 minutes on the telephone after submission and checking to go through our report.
  4. We aim to turnaround in 5 working days.
  5. You have to be honest and send through the full set of documents for submission.
  6. We are not filling in the form for you, this is an advisory service only.
  7. We are not CHAS (the assessing body) and as such can only supply you with our opinion on the submission provided.
