The HSE is seeking views on a proposal from the European Commission to amend the Annexes of the Export and Import of Dangerous Chemicals Regulation (EC) 689/2008. The proposal adds six substances 1,3-dichloropropene, Ethalfluralin, Guazatine, Indolyacetic acid and Thiobencarb to Parts 1 and/or 2 of Annex 1 of the Regulation.
